Today, I want to introduce one of the installation examples using our acoustic panel.

The picture above is an recording room (Room with less echo of sound) we made for a radio station in Japan. We used our acoustic panel “SHIZUKA stillness panel (SSP)” for the wall and ceiling of this room.

SSP has a effect of sound absorbing itself, and is able to produce a simple recording room by matching multiple panels. The thickness of the panel is 36 mm, and the weight is 8 kg / ㎡. Due to this thinness and lightness, it is quite easy to set up the room even in narrow spaces. Normally, when producing a sound absorbing wall to a room, you have to peel off the wall, fill the sound absorbing material and install a wall that keeps breathability. This work takes about 2 days typically. Compared to it, the simple recording room above took only 2~3 hours to set up, according to its high workability.
